How refunds work for digital plugins.

Our plugins are digital products, delivered through your account rather than shipped.
EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right can end once delivery begins, if you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right. When we offer refunds
We want server owners to be happy with what they buy. If a paid plugin does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact us and we will look into a refund. [Final refund conditions to be confirmed.]
What is usually not refundable
A change of mind after a working plugin has been downloaded, or problems caused by unrelated server setup, are usually not refundable. [To be confirmed.]
