Privacy Policy
How Primal Earth Plugins handles your personal data.

Who we are
Primal Earth Plugins is a brand operated by Flexpoint Solutions OÜ ("we", "us"). For company details, see our Imprint.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Order data: the plugins you obtain, order status, and timestamps.
- Download records: when you download a file we log the file name, the time, and the IP address and browser user agent used, to protect access to paid downloads.
- Session data: a single essential cookie that keeps you logged in.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not show cookie banners, because we only use one essential login cookie.
- We do not store your card details.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card data is provided directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Please see Stripe's own privacy information for how they handle payment data.
We send account and order emails, such as verification links, through our email provider. These are sent from noreply@primalearth.org.
Why we use your data
- To create and secure your account.
- To deliver the plugins you obtain and let you re-download them.
- To prevent abuse of paid downloads.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as your account exists and as required for our records. [Retention periods to be finalized.]
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the store, which may include payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and server hosting. [Final list of processors and their locations to be confirmed.] We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
